INFORMATION & CHOICES
Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: July 3, 2026
Browsing scottechengineering.com, using its preparation tools, or requesting Innovative Engineering updates means you agree to these website terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site. These terms cover online access and communications; a contact message does not itself authorize repair work or create an appointment.
What your visit can and cannot commit
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or enroll in its programs. Provide accurate information and act only for yourself or with appropriate authority. There is no online account registration, and a form receipt does not create an account or a professional relationship.
The repair pages, accessory guide, and printing information help you prepare questions. Device condition, service scope, timing, costs, discount eligibility, parts-warranty conditions, and printing feasibility require separate confirmation before work is agreed. The calculator applies arithmetic to an amount you enter; it does not set a quote. The mall diagram is schematic and does not establish a verified kiosk position or navigational route. Preparing or sending a visit preference does not reserve a time.
Choosing contact channels under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act
The subscription page separates the requested recurring automated finance educational/informational email newsletter from optional marketing. Required newsletter permission covers that informational subscription and is not a condition of purchase. The optional printing topic preference only adjusts newsletter subject matter. Promotional email has its own optional express-consent checkbox for recurring automated marketing emails and is not a condition of purchase or of the informational subscription.
For the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), selecting the separate SMS checkbox and submitting the form gives Innovative Engineering prior express written consent to send recurring automated marketing text messages to the number provided about its finance education updates and repair, accessory, and 3D-printing program. Messages may use automated technology, including an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) where applicable. The submitted checkbox selection and exact consent wording record your electronic written permission.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or email subscription. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. A phone number is optional unless SMS is selected. You must control the number or be authorized to enroll it, and you must tell support if it is reassigned or no longer yours.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS or HELP for help. You may also revoke consent by reasonable means, including writing to [email protected] with the relevant number and the permission you wish to withdraw. Use the unsubscribe link in an email or contact support to stop email communications. We honor withdrawals within applicable legal timeframes. A non-marketing confirmation of a text withdrawal may be sent; opting out does not prevent responses to a new request you initiate.
Delivery depends on your network, device, and service plan. Service may not be available on all carriers or numbers. T-Mobile and other carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Read the SMS Terms for enrollment and delivery details and the Privacy Policy for permission records. Mobile information, opt-in data, and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes and will not be sold. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message service.
Working with pages and submitted material
You may read the site and use its tools for lawful personal purposes. Content, page design, graphics, software, and marks belong to the operator or their respective owners and are protected by intellectual-property law. This limited permission does not transfer ownership or permit resale, republication, misleading use of branding, or removal of rights notices. Other use requires permission from the appropriate rights holder or a legal exception.
Do not disrupt the site, introduce malicious code, bypass access restrictions, impersonate another person, submit false permissions, harvest contact details, or infringe another person's rights. Do not use automated access in a way that impairs the service or violates applicable law. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address abuse or protect the service.
You remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of material you submit and for having the right to send it. You grant permission to process your message as needed to respond and administer the requested interaction; you are not granting permission to publish it as an endorsement. The Privacy Policy explains handling and retention. Do not send confidential credentials, payment data, or files through the public contact form.
Finance education and the decisions outside this site
All website content from Innovative Engineering is educational and informational only. Reading a guide or using a tool does not supply financial, investment, tax, credit, or insurance advice. Nothing here recommends buying, selling, or holding a financial product, and the material is not a solicitation.
Innovative Engineering is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, licensed insurance agent or broker, tax professional, or credit counselor. Innovative Engineering does not sell, issue, or broker financial or insurance products.
Financial decisions involve risk, and no outcome is guaranteed. Past performance does not guarantee or predict future results. Forward-looking statements involve risk and uncertainty; actual events may differ from an illustration or expectation. Consult an appropriately licensed professional who can evaluate your circumstances before making a financial decision.
When information points elsewhere
External destinations operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not make their statements our statements, establish endorsement, or guarantee availability, accuracy, or security. Review the destination before providing information or acting. Content can become incomplete or outdated between revisions, and we may correct or remove it without guaranteeing continuous availability.
Availability, warranties, and responsibility for loss
To the extent permitted by law, the website, tools, and communications are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. This provision concerns the online information and tools; it does not replace separately agreed repair or parts-warranty terms or mandatory consumer guarantees.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from site use, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or business interruption. Liability for direct loss is limited to loss reasonably foreseeable and caused by our breach of these terms. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be excluded, or any responsibility or remedy that applicable law makes nonwaivable. Some jurisdictions limit exclusions, so these restrictions apply only as far as lawful.
Claims arising from misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify the operator against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable defense expenses caused by your unlawful use of the site, infringement of another person's rights, or material breach of these terms. This obligation does not cover loss caused by our own wrongful conduct. We will give reasonable notice of a covered claim and allow appropriate participation in its defense. No settlement may impose an admission or nonmonetary obligation on you without your consent.
A Texas route for resolving concerns
Texas law governs these terms, without using conflict-of-law rules to displace mandatory consumer protections. First send a description of a dispute and the requested resolution to [email protected]. We will try in good faith to resolve it through correspondence over a reasonable period, ordinarily 30 days. This informal step does not delay urgent relief, shorten a limitation period, or prevent a complaint to a regulator.
If correspondence does not resolve the matter, either party may bring a claim in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas, subject to any mandatory right to proceed elsewhere. Eligible small-claims proceedings remain available. These terms do not require arbitration or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Revisions and provisions that remain usable
We may change the website or these terms as its operation changes. Revisions are posted with a Last Updated date, with additional notice or consent where required. Continued use after revised terms become applicable indicates acceptance to the extent permitted by law; new wording does not retroactively expand a recorded marketing permission.
If a provision cannot be enforced, it will be limited or severed as necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision once does not waive it. These terms, the applicable SMS Terms, and linked privacy disclosures describe the website arrangement; separate service agreements govern any separately authorized work.
