INFORMATION & CHOICES
SMS Terms
Last Updated: July 3, 2026
The Innovative Engineering newsletter offers finance education updates alongside device-care, accessory, and 3D-printing topics. Its optional SMS channel sends recurring automated marketing texts about those updates and the program. Choosing the informational email newsletter alone does not enroll your number in SMS.
Keep these exit and help options
Reply STOP to a program message to unsubscribe from text messages. Reply HELP for help. If you cannot use those commands, write to [email protected], identify the enrolled number, and explain whether you need assistance or wish to revoke permission. Reasonable alternative revocation requests are accepted; you do not have to explain why you are leaving.
We process withdrawals within applicable legal timeframes. You may receive a single non-marketing confirmation of your opt-out. Suppression records remain so your choice continues to be honored. To leave an email program, use its unsubscribe link or contact support; you can request withdrawal from one channel or all channels.
Enrollment requires an adult's own written choice
You must be 18 or older and the subscriber or authorized user of the number you provide. Enrollment occurs through the separate, initially unchecked SMS permission on the subscription page. Selecting it and submitting gives Innovative Engineering your express written consent to recurring automated marketing text messages using automated technology, including an automatic telephone dialing system where applicable.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or email subscription. The phone field becomes required only if you select SMS. Promotional email and a printing topic preference are separate choices; neither enrolls you in texts. We record the selected SMS state, the wording presented, its version, and submission details as evidence of the permission you gave.
Your number, network, and message costs
Use a valid U.S. number capable of receiving SMS. Do not enroll another person's number without authority. Keep your number accurate, and notify [email protected] before you give it up, transfer it, or lose authority over it so messages do not continue to a new holder. This program does not support every number type, device, or network.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan, and you are responsible for those charges. Ask your wireless provider about plan costs and SMS capability. There is no promised message schedule or guarantee that a particular update will reach you.
Carrier availability and delivery depend on network coverage, device settings, and other conditions outside the program's control. T-Mobile and other carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program is not an emergency channel or a means of confirming repair appointments.
The permission record has a restricted use
Mobile information, opt-in data, and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes and will not be sold. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message service.
The Privacy Policy explains form intake, delivery providers, privacy rights, and retention. SMS opt-in and opt-out evidence is retained for at least four years; suppression and STOP records are retained for at least ten years or as legally required. Send privacy questions or requests about those records to [email protected].
Program administration and future editions
We may modify, suspend, or end the program, or stop delivery to a number that is invalid, has withdrawn, or is being misused. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised Last Updated date and additional notice or renewed consent where required. A change does not silently enlarge your prior permission, override a STOP request, or authorize a new channel.
Texas law governs these program terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections. The Terms & Conditions explain the informal correspondence and court process for unresolved disputes. Program termination does not remove legally necessary consent or suppression records.
